Taxpayer Money Could Be Used to Enhance Tucumcari’s Racino Bid

The Quay County Commission has unanimously approved a resolution to spend up to 1.75 million dollars on infrastructure improvements, for the purpose of making Tucumcari’s Racino bid more attractive to the State Gaming Commission. This is not free market economics. This is government using your money (coercively removed from you) to back a horse that looks like a winner.
